1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Service Subscriptions:

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by notifying us via email at support@kloudboy.com.
  • For cancellations made within the first 7 days of the subscription, a full refund will be provided (applicable only for first-time users).
  • After the initial 7-day period, cancellations will be processed for the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current cycle.

1.2 Custom Projects:

  • For custom services or projects, cancellations must be requested before the project’s commencement. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost may apply.
  • If the project has already started, refunds will not be issued for any work already completed.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable if the service delivered does not match the agreed-upon scope or if there is a technical issue that cannot be resolved by our team.
  • Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind requests or for services already rendered.

2.2 Process for Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@kloudboy.com within 14 days of the service delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be issued via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Setup fees for any subscription or service.
  • One-time consultations or strategy sessions.
  • Completed custom projects or services already delivered.

4. Amendments to the Policy

Kloudboy reserves the right to update or amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
